Description and Amenities:

1. The unit is located on beautiful Lower Twin Lakes with access to a popular 18-hole golf course, all water sports, and a private beach.
2. The Twin Lakes Golf Course Club House offers Moondollar Restaurant and Bar, a swimming pool, and a pro shop.
3. The duplex includes 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and a single bed in an easily accessed loft area; two full bathrooms—1 with tub and shower, 1 with shower only, and a ½ bath in the loft area; a small office area with two desks in the loft; a large living/dining room, and a well-equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator as well as small appliances. There are televisions in the living room, main bedroom, and the loft.
4. The minimum rental period is one month.
5. A maximum of four residents are allowed in the unit.
6. The monthly rent is $2,500 plus cleaning and damage deposits (all inclusive of utilities, Optimum TV cable, and internet. (Use of the 18-hole golf course is not included in the rent.)
7. The unit is fully and tastefully furnished and includes a washer/dryer, two A/C units, electric baseboard heat, and a remote-controlled electric fireplace with heat.
8. The unit also includes kitchen utensils, linens, and an initial inventory of cleaning and paper supplies.
9. No pets, smoking, illegal drugs, or vaping are allowed in the unit.
10. There is a designated parking area with guest parking availability. A garage is not included.
