Our firm maintains professional relationships with attorneys, CPAs, bankers, financial planners, insurers, professors, and business consultants worldwide. As for our client list, it includes privately held companies, family businesses, and cooperatives of all sizes.
Dr. Harvey A. Meier, founder and president of the firm, is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC®) with over 47 years of senior management and business consulting experience in a wide range of industries and business sectors.
Dr. Meier is a member of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC), the pre-eminent certifying body for the management consulting profession. The CMC® designation certifies Dr. Meier’s professional competence and commitment to excellence, integrity, and adherence to IMC’s strict Code of Ethics. His other affiliations include memberships in the following organizations: The Family Firm Institute, a worldwide association of family business consultants; the National Center for Employee Ownership; the National Association of Corporate Directors; The National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives; and the American Society of Quality.
Dr. Meier has held management and executive positions with the former First Interstate Bank of Los Angeles (now Wells Fargo), and with the former Spokane Bank for Cooperatives (now CoBank/Spokane). Further accomplishments include: receiving a Doctorate in Applied Economics and Finance from Ohio State University; a Master’s degree from the University of Arizona; a BS degree from Washington State University; the distinguished Oregon State University Faculty Service Award for excellence in providing off-campus executive education and consulting programs; he is listed in Who’s Who in the West; is a Rotarian; and is a Paul Harris Fellow.
